In honor of the March for Science that took place this past weekend, below are a few shows available now on Netflix to quench your thirst for scientific knowledge. If you have additional suggestions, leave them in the comments.
Bill Nye returns with his easy to understand scientific breakdowns (and some signature corny jokes) to tackle topics like climate change, GMOs and the anti-vax movement.
In this personal favorite, Neil deGrasse Tyson hosts a revival of Carl Sagan’s award-winning series Cosmos. Learn about the laws of nature from the creation of the universe through the evolution of life on Earth and mankind’s endless search for knowledge.
Documents the launch of the Large Hadron Collider and the quest to explain the origins of matter after the Big Bang.
By far the best wildlife/nature documentary out there. Each episode explores a different habitat or geographical area with beautifully shot images. This series shouldn’t be missed.
